About

A marketing agency
for law firms.

Case & Client works with solo attorneys and growing firms on the things that decide whether a prospective client calls: the website, search visibility, advertising, and what happens after an inquiry arrives.

We are a new agency. Rather than claim a history we do not have, we would rather be judged on the quality of the review we give you and the clarity of the work that follows.

What we believe

Marketing is a system, not a campaign

Search, website, advertising, and intake are one path. We treat them that way, which is why we will sometimes recommend fixing the least glamorous part first.

Clarity beats persuasion

People choosing a lawyer are anxious and short on time. Saying clearly what you do and who you do it for outperforms clever copy almost every time.

Accountability requires measurement

An agency that cannot show what its work produced is asking for trust it has not earned. We set up measurement before we ask to be judged on results.

How we operate

Small engagements, clearly scoped.

Work is scoped in writing before it starts, with what is included, what is not, and what we need from your firm. Advertising spend is always separate from our fee and paid directly to the platforms. You own the domain, the website, and every account we touch.

Reporting happens on a regular cycle and covers what we did, what it produced, and what we would change. Where a result has not moved, the report says so. We would rather have an uncomfortable conversation early than a surprised one later.

We are likely a good fit for

  • Solo attorneys and small to mid-sized firms
  • Firms that want to understand what is being done and why
  • Firms willing to give feedback on inquiry quality
  • Firms who see marketing as a long-running system

We are probably not right for

  • Anyone looking for guaranteed rankings or case volume
  • Firms who want spend bundled so it cannot be examined
  • Engagements with no access to tracking or accounts
  • Work that requires claims the firm cannot substantiate
